PROCESSING & Dispatch

All dolls are handmade and carefully packaged. Orders ship within 1 week after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.  

SHIPPING RATES

• United Kingdom - £10 (Tracked, approx. 2-3 Business days)

• United States - £50 (Tracked and insured up to £250 approx. 5-7 Business days)

Includes insurance coverage up to £250 (courier Maximum), suitable for most orders. 

• United States - £80 (Tracked and fully insured for full order value, 5-10 Business days via Royal Mail/DPD/UPS)

• USA - £65 (Tracked, 5-7 Business days. Insured Blank dolls only)

Insured for the fully order value, Recommended for higher-value orders for complete peace of mind. 

• International - £40 (Tracked, approx. 7-14 Business days)

All shipments include tracking for peace of mind. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary depending on location and courier and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier strikes, but we will always do our best to help you track your order. 

Insurance & Declared Value

Our standard couriers provide insurance coverage of up to £250 per parcel. As a result, parcels are insured to that amount and may show £250 as the declared value. 

Please note this is a carrier insurance limitation only and does not reflect the full retail price you have paid. Customers remain responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. 

If you would like your order fully insured for its total value, please contact us before checkout for a custom shipping quote. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are NOT INCLUDED in the product price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees directly to their local authorities or postal service. 

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering, so you’re aware of any additional costs. 

PACKAGING & CARE

Each doll is securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at dollsofchaos@gmail.com within 48hrs with clear photos and a description of events so we can assist. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to handmade and limited nature of our dolls, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival and proof is provided adequately.
